I am a globally experienced Learning & Development professional with over 12 years of international experience, dedicated to unlocking human potential and supporting meaningful transformation. My work sits at the intersection of professional development and personal evolution—blending evidence-based methodologies with deeper, intuitive practices.

My background is rooted in corporate learning, leadership development, and people growth. I hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification in HR and People Development, and I am an ICF-accredited life coach, NLP practitioner, and Strengthscope practitioner.

Through my work, I have supported individuals and organisations across diverse cultural contexts, helping them cultivate self-awareness, enhance performance, and lead with authenticity.

A Holistic Approach to Growth

Beyond traditional development frameworks, my path has expanded into more holistic and consciousness-based practices. I am an astrologer and tarot reader, and the creator of the Quantum Tarot—a system that bridges intuitive insight with universal principles.

Meditation has been a central part of my journey. I had the privilege of practicing with some of the most profound monks in the world, experiences that deeply shaped my understanding of presence, awareness, and inner mastery. I now share these teachings, guiding others into stillness, clarity, and alignment.

Wellbeing, Energy & Consciousness

I am a Mental Health First Aider and a trained Pranic healer, supporting both emotional wellbeing and energetic balance. My work is informed by an ongoing exploration of the relationship between science and consciousness, including my studies in quantum physics through the teachings of Nasim Haramein.

This integrative perspective allows me to support transformation not only at a mental or behavioural level, but also at an energetic and systemic one.

I am the founder and creator of the New Earth clothing range, a brand inspired by consciousness, frequency, and the evolution of humanity. It reflects my belief that what we create—and even what we wear—can carry intention and meaning.
